In 1972 Vincent Russell founded R&D Circuits, an electronics company that specialized in printed circuit boards. R&D Circuits pioneered the way to developing high end multi-layered boards. Today R&D is the sole manufacturer of 4 mil pitch load test boards servicing the chip industry. The unique system developed by R&D has made it the leading company in test board manufacturing. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of R&D Circuits. When first contemplating his involvement in A Tale of Two Cities, he felt that the gap between the electronic business and show business would be too great, but he has since found that sound business principles developed at R&D work just as well when applied to a Broadway production.
